Exotic Food

What is exotic food to me? Before getting this experience, I did not know what exotic food is. Susan suggested us exotic countries food. On Saturday night, I went to Little Ethiopia restaurant in Little Ethiopia with our classmates. I ordered Awaze Tibs food and others also ordered different food. The food we ordered came out all together on the same plate with pancake. It is said that Njera is a traditional Ethiopian food. The pancake looked like sponge, and taste is very sour. When we ate food, taking off a piece of pancake and grab some food as much as we want in pancake. Our hand became a fork and spoon to eat. It is very interesting and surprised to me, however, others did not like it. I enjoy getting new American culture or new uncommon culture, so it glad to me.
